"Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. "Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early.
