"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. It was very hot during our stay but the airconditioned rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and they were not short staffed like many other places. The pool bar makes the best Pina Colada's in PV in my opinion."

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive

"Just returned from our six-day, five-night vacation at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta yesterday and had an amazing time! They are working on a little construction, but that's just an example of their commitment to excellence and constant customer satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed the Vitamar Spa (Veronica was wonderful!). We also enjoyed seeing employees we'd seen since our first visits when the property was still Dreams (this is our seventh time in fifteen years between Dreams and now Hyatt Ziva). Miguel and Luis at the pool bar were as wonderful as ever and are true examples of exemplary service. Additionally, Orlando at the pool bar was so friendly, professional, and personable! He was so great to talk to and we look forward to talking to him again during our visit next year. Also, a shout-out to Jahir at the teppanyaki bar, whose food and friendliness were amazing! Also, Enrique at Blaze, whom we've seen for a couple of years and who has always provided great service. I truly love this resort and f"
