"It is a beautiful house with three levels to comfortably accommodate a group of 18. Close to the Malecon so access to downtown was easy. The terrace makes the house though! The view is amazing. We found ourselves spending the majority of the time on the terrace no matter what time. I don't know how summer will feel as I don't remember seeing A/Cs, but wintertime was awesome. "Grants home was the perfect place for our group. We enjoyed every level of the house. The views are spectacular as well as the sound of the ocean. Definitely get the golf carts. There was an issue with the hot water and pressure but not giving a bad review because as a host myself I know sometimes these Things happen. We loved the open-air concept of the main floor and roof-top, while the 4 bedrooms (w/ private ensuites) all had air conditioning if preferred.
