"We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach...

"Very pleased to try the new Soho building. This corner unit on high floor had spectacular views from every angle and was very private. The unit was furnished tastefully had all amenities you could need. The rooftop and pool had plenty of lounging areas even during busy times. And the gym was very well outfitted. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the ICON Vallarta. From Betzy's personal welcome to the nicely decorated unit it was a great retreat. The binder in the room explained everything clearly. There were lots of little touches, a well stocked kitchen, curtains for privacy, nice balcony furniture and a great view (loved seeing whales from the balcony). Loved the heated pool. We wished the water pressure was stronger and that there was more sun on the balcony. 10/10 Highly recommend."

"My husband and I stayed 4 nights. Walking distance to everuthing we needed. We originally got the 1 bedroom on the rooftop. Super nice, but found out it was a queen bed on vrbo. Our host was more then accommodating and upgraded to the 3 bedroom. We found both rooms super nice. We will be back! "
