"We had a suite with a kitchen and bathroom. 5 people could sleep in this suite. Everything was modern. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast (lots of sweets, cheese, sausage). The mattress and pillows were horrible (really hard). Parking space at hotel are sparse and only for small cars."

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. "Our host Oreste was very helpful and friendly. The staff at this hotel spoke English and went above and beyond to help us. They even provided excellent Gluten free rolls for my breakfast each morning when I told them I was Celiac. The breakfast spread was excellent. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Just came back from a short visit at the Capri. The hotel is stunning and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Outside pool is lovely and you can book a hour slot for the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast set up was great. The evening menu looked great but unable to attend due to my daughter being a fussy eater. 10-15 minutes walk into the town through the promenade. Staff are fab. Thank you for a lovely time. Emma"

Charming Malcesine

"The property is charmingly unique. Although undoubtedly old, the rooms and furnishings are full of character and amazingly spacious. The balcony view over Lake Garda is fabulous and everchanging. All seven of us could stay there all day. The town is well situated for day trips around the lake and to the Dolomites. And Jeanne was gracious, available, full of information and very personable. It was a one-of-a-kind experience which we really enjoyed even more than the subsequent Italy/Greece cruise."

"The junior suite has an amazing lake view, comfortable bed (best of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy), large spa tub, and is very spacious. The property is beautiful and well maintained and truly takes you out of the city. There’s an awesome terrace on the roof with a comfortable hot tub. The breakfast buffet is also very expansive and there were some great dinner options too. The restaurant also overlooks the lake. My only recommendation for those considering to stay here are ensuring you have reliable transportation (e.g, renting a car). With the hotel’s somewhat remote location, it would not be reasonable to walk there from the nearest bus stop with luggage and there is not an abundance of taxis. The taxis available cost 20 euros each way. We walked from the hotel to the town two days and found the downhill hikes a bit challenging (40 minutes) due to how steep the hills are. "

Beautiful Location but Loud Environment

"The place is clean and neat, but does not come with basic things you normally find in VRBO stays. No paper towels, coffee, ect. Beautiful views, but if you plan to sleep, this is not the place. There is no A/C in this apartment, so you have to leave all the windows open to try to catch a breeze to stay somewhat cool. The Ferry starts very early, and it's extremely loud. We had people partying right outside our window until 4:00am, popping beers and carrying on. If sleep isn't your forte, it's a really nice place."

Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

"We stayed between 10th-16th August 2024 and we were so happy we got to stay at this hotel when we booked last minute. We were lucky enough that the only room left was superior double (room 22, 3rd floor) and was blown away by the view from the balcony, the photos do not do it justice! The room was clean, spacious with plenty of storage and a comfy large bed. From the minute we arrived staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi to Verona. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The cakes, real honeycomb and scrambled eggs were our favourite. We looked forward to sitting on the terrace overlooking the well kept gardens. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sun beds in the garden. The hotel itself was a perfect location for us to walk 30 seconds to a Despar shop, into the old town, to the cable car and a 3 min walk to the beach and port. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a relaxing and luxury stay in Lake Garda. "
