"We had a wonderful stay all around, food was good the little shuttle bus was very convenient, the only small issue was the WiFi. We wished the inside pool would have been a little warmer.. this hotel provides a great value for the cost."

"The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no...

"Lovely hotel. Staff at the desk were lovely and extremely helpful as we did get ants coming in and they resolved it straight away. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection. You would need a car to get around as the closest town was around a 50 minute walk. They have a large car park which was helpful. We did eat one evening there and we were a little disappointed with the service as they kept forgetting us. Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend "

"The view of the lake is second to none and accessible from any vantage points from the hotel. The infinity pool was breathtaking and the staff were most helpful making this a truly incredible experience from start to finish. 5 star"

"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"I made the booking under my name and was later joined by a friend. At checkout, I was harassed, made to feel like a criminal, and made to pay extra because I did not inform them in the middle of the night that I had a guest in my room. I’m not a child, and they are not my parents, and I’m entitled to my privacy. Also, videos and photos of the beautiful surroundings were interrupted early in the morning by construction on-site."

"Loved the hotel, great view of the lake! Staff was vey attentive and friendly. However keep in mind if visiting in late November there are very few restaurants and shops in the area that are open but you do have more options if you travel a few minutes north. "
