My only negative is the WIFi was not the greatest in my room so had to go downstairs if I wanted to download anything. My friend had no issues with the Wi-Fi in her room. Breakfast was fine, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, bread, coffee, fruit. Would definitely stay there again if I were in the area."

"The hotel was situated in the heart of como around 10 minutes walk from the lake. The reception was extremely professional, quick and efficient. "The hotel is in need of renovation: carpets and walls in the corridors are quite outdated. The shower drain grate would come out of position just by stepping on it leaving the screws exposed and making shower time a challenge. they said they were going to fix it but the next day the problem was still there.
