Definitely worth it if you don’t like being right in city center or like taking a bit of a stroll. I really enjoyed walking along the lake to downtown. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really great. As frequent hotel guest, I’m not asking for perfection, I need the hotel to be attentive as life happens. The hotel was able to fix issues without interrupting my trip which I appreciate.

I was pleasantly surprised at how elevated and beautiful Hilton Lake Como is as a property. The views from the Restaurant and Terrace are absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again. Front Desk was amazing customer service. The food was actually very good. I ordered room service a few times and I ate at the restaurant on site which was delicious.

We loved our stay at Lake Como Hilton hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant was definitely the highlight had the most outstanding view of the lake. The cocktails were fabulous too! A couple of things that brought my rating down for this hotel was that we were requesting to pay 400 euros deposit on arrival that I was not made aware of prior to check in. I know that it is common practice to take credit card details at check in but never have I been asked to pay a deposit even though the room had been paid for in full. Also the rooftop heated swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities were available to us but there was an extra charge for nearly 40 euros per person to use the indoor spa facilities for 3 hours (indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna) which I have as a resident of a hotel I would expect this is be part of the facilities available during our stay.

My wife and I loved this stay in beautiful Como. The location, the standard of the hotel and most importantly the staff contributed to a wonderful visit. Particularly Isa on the front desk and Riccardo on Concierge ironed out many of questions, and made our visit truly memorable
