"We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is central to the Irvine area and directly opposite the John Wayne airport. Staff are very friendly and efficient. many have been working there for several years which is always a good sign. You can park right in front of the hotel. Shuttle to the airport is availalbe."

"The Sonesta was a pleasant surprise for us. It had so many amenities; more than we actually needed for this trip. However, we will remember it again for future trips to Irvine."

"I've stayed here 4 times and it has never disappointed. Great area - lots of dining options across the street and 2 minutes from SNA. One thing to note is that there is a very busy shopping center across the street - which is great for convenience but it also means early morning noise from delivery/garbage trucks etc."
