"Tivemos um upgrade de apto, porém o mesmo apresentou alguns problemas. Na primeira noite o cofre estava trancado e não pudemos ter acesso, e o problema foi prontamente resolvido no dia subsequente. Também tivemos um problema com a luz interna do armário que permaneceu ligada a noite toda, atrapalhando a primeira noite de sono. O staff sempre se demonstrou pronto a resolver o problema, porém fica a minha sugestão de haver um plano de manutenção preventiva."

"What a BEAUTIFUL step back into a time of Grandeur!! The hotel is classic, stylish and impeccably maintained. The staff are SUPERB and remarkably accommodating. Our room was extremely comfortable with a beautiful Mountain View. We did not have a/c, but we did NOT need it. "We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There was some mix up on number of people but they are very accommodative and made alternate plans to accommodate us. One of the best views in the area in the middle of Interlaken ost train station & harder kulm on one side and shops and restaurants on the other. "It had great views of the surrounding mountains and it was an easy walk to the train station which made travel super easy. The staff was also incredibly friendly. And I loved the eggs with silly drawings on them at breakfast!"
