"The hotel was very organized with friendly staff and a great breakfast. However, my stay was disrupted by early morning noise from the nearby staff room. I reported it to the front desk, but they said they were busy with an event. I also requested a box of tissues multiple times, but it was never delivered. While there were some positives, the service and noise issues affected my overall experience."

The only issue we had was that we didn't receive our check-in email and were concerned that we would get to the hotel and not be able to get into our room since there is no front desk at this hotel. We reached out to Expedia who reached out to the hotel and both acted quickly to ensure that we had everything we needed for a smooth arrival."
