"Succeeded my expectations. Paul and Jessica at the front desk were great. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping which is rare in the US. You can set base here in Interlacken. I did not go to the Mexican restaurant but it was busy and looked fun. Great option for groups of young adults but be mindful of the noise if you’re a solo travel. Thank you again Hotel Blume. "

We also like proximity to church , train stations , restaurant Taverne in site serving delicious menus with great presentations . Also appreciate having coffee /tea in the atrium after long walks and felt safe walking around town even at late hours of night after visiting Christmas markets . "Super quiet area. The staff was nice and the rooms were quite nice. We booked two different bedrooms and one of them was smaller but it was still comfortable. Breakfast was a plus (saved us time/money). It is a 5 min walk from interlaken west and 15 min walk to interlaken ost. "

"I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "
