Don't hesitate one minute to book your stay at the Nala. It was our first time in Austria and we were only there for 1 night, unfortunately. The Nala is adorable, clean, well situated and walkable to trains and all attractions.

The front staff recommended Tony’s for dinner. It was two blocks away and without a doubt the best choice ever. The food, staff, and ambience were amazing!! Highly recommend it if you love pizza and pasta! Nala has an amazing breakfast choice also.

The rooms are very interesting and different. Great location with lots of shopping and dining to walk to. The hotel staff were super friendly as well. I would definitely stay at NALA again!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Quirkiness everywhere. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains. Bath in bedroom was fun had shower and toilet separately. Honesty bar was nice. Short walk to town centre. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff..especially Mary when we arrived delayed and a little frazzled. Breakfast was good. Only rhing I would say is very little hot stuff for vegetarians but Im sure if Id notified them they would have accomodated me. Recommend highly.

We felt very welcome. Staff was very efficient, kind and helped us with all of our questions. We were welcomed with a choice of drink and bus pass valid during our stay. Breakfast was great. We did appreciate the third floor snack bar for late night munchies and availability of drinks without going out. The room was very clean and unique. We loved how the balcony overlooked the garden and we could get a breeze when we wanted.

What a lovely hotel on the outskirts and 12 minute walk to the city center. Restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries all close by. The Sunday brunch had an amazing. Room service and front desk staff were gracious and helpful. I would stay here again on my next visit to this lovely city.

The Nala was a surprise and a delight. A gem of a hotel, thankfully outside the central touristed area and on a quiet street, with small, creatively decorated rooms, a lovely garden and rooftop patio, and friendly staff. We are so glad to have found it!

The property is located an easy walking distance from the Golden Palace. The staff were very helpful. The service was excellent. The one issue that I had was that the toilet and shower were separate. And the toilet did not have a wash basin. So I had to go out after using the toilet to wash my hands.

This hotel has a very fun atmosphere with an amazing roof top bar and an Italian restaurant that served top quality Italian cuisine. When we originally booked we hadn't included the breakfast buffet, however, we decided to go our first morning and it is well worth it. Very fresh food and plenty of options. Location wise it is walking distance to some of the major sightseeing options and one of the major bus loops as well as the main shopping and restaurant districts and the daily market.
