"Conveniently located. The facility is well designed, very functional, fairly clean, and offers all amenities (except dining) - breakfast, coffee, refreshments, and even laundry facility. Will definitley stay there again next time we visit Innsbruck/ Telfs."

"We stayed for just 2 nights but could easily have stayed much longer. Our room (2.5) was perfect and comfortable in every way for us. It’s 2 mins from the bus stop of the F line from the airport and we arrived early hoping to store our luggage and we were so happy to find that our room was ready for us. It was lovely and warm too when coming in from the near freezing temperatures outside. An easy flat 15 min walk into town. We will definitely look to stay here when we return, it’s a gem. "

"I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

"In the bathroom, the shower head leaking from the sides which seemed to significantly decrease the overall shower head pressure. It needs some attention "

"Good location, spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk into town and right opposite the station. Quiet hotel, very quiet rooms. Didn’t love the interior upstairs much, felt very hospital like. Good view of the mountains. Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done...

"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "
