"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel....

We were a family including my 88yo mother and the location to explore the Christmas markets was perfect. Many local places to eat. The old town is the place to be.
