"Very friendly staff & nice modern room with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable beds & no noise at night. On the minus side, no room service available on our 1st night due to a 'private function' and the second night ( a Friday) we were told at 6pm the restaurant was full & therefore no room service again. We expressed our dissatisfaction & were given our food. I would expect any four star hotel to have available room service regardless of external functions or restaurant...

Staff is there til 7pm - if you arrive for check in after 7pm you will have a code emailed to you beforehand to enter at front door and your keys will be on the counter. Room is great, nice little kitchenette. You receive a free pass for Innsbruck public transport and staff advised which lines to take. "
