We found the hotel on the pricier side, but that could be due to the time of year. We enjoyed the walkability to Vienna's attractions and Christmas markets. We went to four markets while visiting, and they were just as I hoped they would be. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions, and, oh my goodness, those complimentary coconut chocolates were delicious; thank you for keeping the jar full!"
