"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Facility is amazing. Only about a 20 minute walk to St. Stephens Basilica. Has a lot around it to see. Their shower is one of the best I've ever had, seems weird but was amazing."

"As other people have stated the carpet did have stains on and it wasn’t overly modern, however the room and bathroom were very clean. The sheets were pristine with comfy beds. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and communication before our stay was fantastic including organising a chocolate cake for my daughter’s birthday. Would definitely stay again! "

"Booked the Deluxe Suite which was very spacious and very tastefully decorated. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The large bath tub was relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The only critique I have is that the pillows isn’t the best. The hotel is in a great location with easy links to all parts of the city as the stations is close by. Some lovely place to have a drink and food close by. Can definitely recommend this hotel as the receptionist was friendly and helpful."

"Hotel Imperial is the finest hotel in Vienna. Built as a palace, it has gorgeous lobby areas and restaurants. The rooms are unusually spacious with magnificent furnishing - chandeliers, heavy draperies, large marble bathrooms. Service staff are gracious. The whole atmosphere is elegant and is designed to make visitors feel they are truly in Vienna. Unlike similar hotels (Ritz, Alamanac, etc.) this hotel retains its palatial splendor throughout. The location is also perfect - walking distance to everything - though I would have been happy to remain in the luxury of my room! This hotel remains one of the great hotels of Europe and I look forward to returning soon and often. "
