"Lobely hitel right in the city centre, opposite Stephansdom with amazign views of the cathedral. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming, with amazing views and huge windows with lots of light."

"Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was located for everything we needed in the city center. Hotel entrance has steps to the elevator. This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna. "

"Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. Very nice restaurant and bar with a lot of food and drink options. The spa is ok including an indoor pool and jackuzzy but the water temperature of the pool was to cold."

"Very nice hotel to stay when in Vienna and right at the heart of everything. You can walk to all the landmarks and also easy access to the metro. Breakfast is worth it. Room is clean and comfortable. We’ll be back again. "

"Such lovely and friendly staff. I felt like it was my home away from home. They greeted me each time I walked in and out and asked me about my day. Their complimentary tea and coffee service all day was just the thing I needed to warm up from being out in the cold all day. The room was clean, eco-friendly and had all the conveniences I needed. I would stay here over and over again. It also is in a great central location minutes walk away from St. Stephen's church and the rest of Vienna's attractions. "

"Great hotel! Amazing location. Walkable to all major attractions. Excellent restaurants. Tram in front of hotel. Beds a great. Could use more storage in rooms. Friendly staff. Perfect 2 week stay in Vienna thanks to the Grand Ferdinand hotel. We will be back."
