"Everything was the best, for the first time in korea. Joseph and Robert are really kind, helpful and have excellent customer service at the frontdesk, the food is amazing, the bed is soft. Dandelion the breakfast hostess is really sweet and always has a smile on her face. Everything is close by and the village is awesome. Thier is lots of choices. Im sad to leave but i will be back and definitely will stay at this hotel again. "

"We had a lovely stay, however, we've been sent to a different hotel on the first night due to booking the hotel via hotels.com. The receptionist insisted that we are not booked in their system, and therefore, was sent over to a much uglier and uncomfortable hotel nearby. This disrupted our first sightseeing day as we had to pack our luggage again to transfer back to Hotel Icon. They also provided the same breakfast every single morning (toasted bread, jam, coffee, cereals, muffin, orange juice)"
