"The hotel is a small distance from the subway, but is conveniently located near Insadong district. The facilities are modern and clean. The rooms are comfortable as well. The breakfast has really good selection to start the day. Nearby the Jogeysa temple is great for photo op. Overall great place."

"Firstly, I like the location which it is situation near to Myeongdong Shopping Street, and it is also very convenient, as it is a short walking distance to Euljiro(3)station. The hotel facility and the room are clean, neat, organized and tidy . Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them speaks fluent english, and they are very initiative. Hotel breakfast taste great, food are freshly served every morning, and the staff greeted us warmly in the winter of 6.30am in each morning. "

"The room was very beautifully decorated and the kids adored the room. When we checked out today, we asked the reception if we could buy the soft toys in the room, the lady was saying it was not for sale. She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. Thank you to the pretty lady receptionist for the nice gesture (happened at 5:30am on 28 Dec 2024). "

"The room looked exactly like the pictures. I liked the layout of the room where the toilet is in a separate space from the shower area and had its own little sink. I chose to not have my room cleaned daily. The hotel still provided new towels by leaving them neatly, along with water and amenities, in a nice clean bag in front of my room every day. The breakfast, which I paid for along with the room through Expedia for a good price, had a wide variety of options. The buffet included different types of eggs, soups, congee, vegetables, fruits, and cereals. There’s definitely something for everyone. Staff very polite and helpful. Location was exceptional. Right in the middle of Myeongdong with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and night market. Also very close to the airport shuttle and 2 different metro lines. I travel quite a bit and have to say this was one of my favorite hotels given the price to quality (including convenience) ratio. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Seoul. "

"One of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had. I hardly ever write reviews on here but have made hundreds of hotel stays in various countries and never experienced such good service for such a reasonable price. They gave us absolutely anything we needed, we were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they had gifts ready at check in, and any time we had a turndown service new trinkets would appear in the room to suit what we needed. Hotel itself was excellent, views were very nice, free underground parking was provided for the duration of our stay. Minibar and hotel restaurants were very expensive compared to the local area, but that is to be expected to cater to international business travellers. One final detail that made a big difference to us is that the hotel have a babysitting agency they work with, who can provide in-room babysitting so you can enjoy a parent’s night out. "
