"The home was spacious, nicely furnished, beautifully decorated and a good fit for our group. The host was very responsive and friendly throughout the stay. That said, there were some things worth mentioning: cleaning wasn’t finished by the check-in time, and we walked in on the cleaner. The shared bathroom’s shower door didn’t close. The temperature control throughout the home was uneven - parts of the home were absolutely freezing and others very hot (suggestion: add some fans and heaters). We...

"This was the perfect house for our whole family. It was set up perfectly for members with little ones, teenagers and young couples and us old ones. Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked with everything we needed. Crib, strollers, kitchen was AMAZING. The drive into Disneyland was so easy. We’ve even recommended this to more family planning a trip soon. We would stay here again. Communication was great. Thank you for a wonderful visit. "

"Beautiful house right next to the beach, not to mention very close to multiple restaurants and convenience stores. We loved the roof and 3 fire places as well as the multiple balconies and patio. We were surprised that there was a cooler and beach chairs available which really helped make out stay. My only suggestion would be to have more pillows with different levels of firmness for different sleepers. Awesome place. Would definitely stay again!"

"Our welcome from the property manager was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the clean and roomy house, comfortable bed and the short walk to the beach. We rode the cruiser bikes on nice trails from our neighborhood and enjoyed just walking to the grocery store and restaurants easily. The neighborhood feels safe and the beach is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the beach with the chairs provided and watching all the surfers, birds & dolphins. "

"We came for our daughter's 5th birthday weekend and could not have chosen a better spot! An easy drive to Disney but in such a calming and gorgeous spot by the beach so that mom and dad got to relax as well! There were so many walkable spots to check out near the house and it truly was such an incredible stay! Great neighborhood, beautiful house, couldn't ask for anything more and we cant wait to book it again next year! Thank you Rich!!"

"This property is very cute, cozy, and clean ! I stayed here with a group of 8 girls for a bachelorette weekend getaway and it was the perfect size ! Lots of sleeping space, just enough amenities, and a cute kitchen that faces the tv and living area. It’s also a good distance from the beach in my opinion. The only criticism I’d give is the front door being a bit difficult to nudge open. I would definitely consider staying here again."
