There are less than 20 rooms total and each room has its own beach theme which we thought was super cute! "The house was spectacular and in an excellent location to celebrate our daughter's graduation. It was equipped with everything we needed. Also, parking availability made it easy for us with 2 cars inside the garage and 3 in the driveway. The roof top was a great place to watch the sunset each evening. This place provided us with cherished memories that will not be forgotten."
