"I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. "I just needed a night in the city and a bed and this worked. The sensor to get to the lockbox doesn't always react, but it was fine otherwise. Not far from a train station either. Really clean and met my simple needs. "

"I really loved the area this apartment is in. Right in the heart of china town. Shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is a nice size for New York prices. We could see right into the street from the main bedroom. However, the trash trucks were a little loud at night in that bedroom. "We stayed at this property for 5 days. It is relatively close to LaGuardia Airport and easy to find. It truly is in a neighborhood with a bodega and several small restaurants within walking distance (try Gordo's Cantina on St Nicholas). The apartment was adequately furnished and clean, the beds were comfortable. It appears that it has recently been painted and updated. The hallways and elevator were also very clean. The property manager was very responsive to any questions throughout the visit....

When comparing with other midtown NYC VRBO options, note that some are hotels offering 2 rooms with fewer amenities, and no guarantee that the rooms will be connected. "This property had gorgeous views of the skyline of the city. It has everything needed to make our family stay very comfortable. Just a short 5 minute walk to the light train and you can be into the city in no time. We loved using the pool table and kitchen. The bathrooms were wonderful and spacious. One thing that I would caution some people of, is the neighborhood can get noisy at times, but if you are going into a city space, it is almost impossible to avoid. "Was great stay,apt worked out great for our crowd,like outside area to potty dogs,needs outside light and hand rail be good to was snowy and slippery with people bad knees.but rest was great "

"Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. "
