"The views from this location on the bluff are absolutely amazing. The house had what we needed, but things were dated. Some of the windows are cloudy, and the furniture isn't all that comfortable. We had to drive 9 miles out of the way to pick up the welcome packet at the Vacasa office. (I don't think I will use Vacasa again.) "Very well situated and stocked family and Fido friendly home. Walk to the beach or One-eyed jacks playground within minutes. A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!"

"My husband and I, along with his sister and her husband just had a fabulous weekend at Castlehaven. The architecture of the home itself is quite unique. Add the perfect Sea Ranch location, two ensuite bedrooms in the house (there is also a third bedroom that we did not use), well equiped kitchen, hot tub -- all 5 minutes from the Bluff Trail, and it is truly a special place. Communication with our host was quite easy and check out a dream. We hope to return!"

"Just a few problems: Not one single wine or champagne glass. Both toilets prone to running (wastes water) Check in at 4 pm and out by 10 seems unreasonable given the high prices Biggest problem was the WiFi. I had several zoom meetings I had to attend and the WiFi was only in the common kitchen area. In the master bedroom with working desk there was zero WiFi. It really doesn’t cost much to assure the WiFi covers the whole house. I was unable to fulfill my commitment"

"We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a beautiful location. We’ve stayed at sea ranch a dozen times and this home rates high. The amenities in the home are nice. The couches are not very comfortable. The bed sheets are microfiber and the pillows are flat and old. The proximity to the coastal trail and ocean is ideal. Hiking tails are lovely. Overall the home is recommended. "

All are easy fixes. Only had 3 forks... management was quick to supply more. Bed super comfortable excellent water pressure for showers. Excellent comfortable couch and large screen tv. Surrounded by trees yet close to beach. We will be back."

"We had a fantastic stay at Lily Pad Ranch! This was our second time and the property is just as spectacular as we remembered it; it remains our favorite rental. The well appointed house and spacious guest house are embedded in super-private and serene landscaping. The icing on the cake is the beautiful lake with its walking path and floating gazebo.
