"The hotel had a beautiful design with a mix of modern amenities and cozy touches. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The location was ideal, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. Loved the shower. I didn’t like the layout of the room and the bed being next to the wall."

"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I would certainly stay here again if I was visiting Liverpool , it’s 5 stars from me."

"This property was in a fantastic location! Close to the Beatles statue and the Royal Albert Docks. A few restaurants close by made for easy and tasty meals during my stay. The hotel lobby was designed well too. I wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner but really no problems with the hotel at all."
