"The lodge is about a 10 minutes walk from the station, check in was fast and easy. If you turn right when you come out there are shops, restaurants, takeaways and bars within 5 minutes walk. The bustop that takes you to the airport is about a minutes walk, just turn left as you come out of the building. The Lodge has the timetable, it is also displayed at the bustop. Very convenient and comfortable place to stay."

"This small, homely B&B was absolutely wonderful. They are so attentive to your needs you feel like a VIP. Check in was a breeze and they immediately offered us tea and showed us to the room (which was clean and comfortable). They also offer airport transfers for £15 per trip (not per person), and are very flexible with times as it's only a 10 minute drive. They even offer breakfast and were kind enough to make ti vegan. 10/10 experience."

"Clean single bed, kettle and supplies, and en suite which was all I needed. Breakfast was included but was DIY so I didn't bother. This provided a decent option in the area I wanted to stay. Easy walk to Tooting Broadway tube. I did feel the mattress could do with being firmer."

"Didn’t know what to expect however on arrival we were given a free upgrade to a 4 poster room, the original wood work and the 4 poster itself was nice, the host came out to greet us and carry my bags he was very warm and welcoming he had a wonderful aura about him. The room was spacious, and subtly decorated can’t go wrong with white, it’s originally was quaint and peaceful. It was quiet even though your are only a few minutes from Gatwick, only thing I say is bring a torch if you want to go...

"Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "
