"We make it out to Oahu every year for an expo. This time we decided to stay by the marina, closer to the venue. I noticed mixed reviews on this hotel, but they were one of the less expensive options in the area (all are pricey). I was pleasantly surprised by great customer service and attention to detail, in true Hilton property fashion. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. And while I did get an upgraded room thanks to my HH status, it was next to the elevator, so not the quietest...

"Hilton Hawaiian Village is becoming a little tired. The tiki torches no longer are lit. explanation is there are gas leaks! Ali tower pool needs maintenance. Dean at the Ali Tower reception desk was excellent! I would definitely come back. "
