Pros: Staff was absolutely the best. The area was nice and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Close enough to the beach but far enough you could retreat to quiet at the end of the day. Walking distance to Zoo. Family friendly. Pool was nice for Kids. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Cons: Had a bit of a smell to it as there was no open access to air out the hotel except in Lobby floor. No patio in room or windows so the room always had a damp smell to it. No bar or restaurant in the hotel.

Very walkable with a nice lobby and nice room layout. We had problems with room service though, they skipped our room for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed there so we had to go to the front desk every time to ask that room service come back for us and not skip us next time but it kept happening again and again. Wouldn’t go back due to that. Have to say the location was great though, lots of walkable food options.

All the staff were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Our room housekeeper Lea was excellent. Always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom has Hawaiian Tropic shampoo, conditioner and shower gels which were lovely! The lobby was presently beautifully with Christmas decorations and the hotel offered great amenities for families eg, beach chairs, towels, body boards. The spa was lovely but the pool was a disappointment after finding its only 20-40cm deep so while it’s great for sun bathing you can’t actually jump in and go for a swim! The only other downfall for this hotel was that it didn’t have a bar or restaurant on site so all food and drinks had to be purchased elsewhere. Overall a very comfortable stay. Thanks to all the staff that made our holiday enjoyable!
