The view was beautiful, the hotel was clean! They could use more elevators but it didn’t hinder the trip at all!

Very comfortable and conveniently located just across from the beach! So many restaurants around and great shopping. Towel service was great with a dispenser of them on the bottom floor where you can check out towels before heading to the pool, activities on tours or the beach! Coffee shops and and stores that are very conveniently located.

Excellent location - right across from the Waikiki Beach !! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Safety was a big concern since I was traveling solo - and I never felt unsafe and the Honolulu Police station is directly across the street. Will be returning again !!

Experience was great! Property is amazing and the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service! The view was amazing as I stayed in both Ocean View and Ocean Front rooms. If you have money to do Ocean Front then it would be worth it, but Ocean View works great as well. I wasn’t disappointed with either. One thing I would say is that self parking is tricky, as the Garage is very small with tight corners and gets full fast. I would elect valet parking if you’re not comfortable with maneuvering a tight corner and especially if you’re not driving a compact car. Otherwise, such a great hotel experience!
