Went back to the desk and was told they forgot that person requested late check out.instead of waiting for the person to leave and clean the room for us to then use they Said they were at 100% capacity so all they could do was put us on the 32nd floor and give us a double bed instead of the king size bed we reserved months in advance. "There was a hair strand on sofa and the barhroom floor near shower door was bloated and damaged because of poor design. But other than that it was better than outrigger beach hotel that we switched to hyatt centric and we were happy with it. Nice little pool for kids. Staff were friendly."
