"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Lotte City Hotel! I found that it was very clean and the staff was very kind. It was very welcoming to me as a foreigner. I would suggest that staff ask as check if you drove your personal vehicle and parked in the parking garage because upon leaving, I was about to be charged 409,000 won for parking because my vehicle was not registered with my stay. After going to the desk this small inconvenience was resolved, and I was only responsible for the 15,000 won parking fee. Other that they everything was great, and I would stay here again! "

"It was easy to communicate with the staff in English. Room was clean and enjoyable. Location is great because it’s next to a subway line, but if you are coming by subway with large luggage, you may have to walk a bit from a different exit to use the elevator. Food is amazing if you choose to eat in the hotel. I would consider staying here again!"
