"The location of the hotel is perfect, 3 mins walking distance to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station exit 12, airport bus to ICN airport is right in front of the hotel. Convenient stores and restaurants just mins away. The room is dated, there is no lighting switch near the bedside, you have to turn off the lights at the entrance. The room is equipped with microwave which is a bonus. There are two issues is quite disappointing. 1.The WiFi connection was not stable throughout my entire...

"We lived this hotel, central and everything easy to get too. Staff were fantastically helpful, called taxi's except once when the general manager was nearby as they weren't meant to! Would eat breakfast elsewhere as minimal otherwise brulliant"

"It was easy to communicate with the staff in English. Room was clean and enjoyable. Location is great because it’s next to a subway line, but if you are coming by subway with large luggage, you may have to walk a bit from a different exit to use the elevator. Food is amazing if you choose to eat in the hotel. I would consider staying here again!"

"It’s was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect and close to all the shops and markets. The breakfast buffet was so good with so many choices and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we have enjoyed staying at and would highly recommend it!! "

"This is my 2nd time staying in Ninetree Myeongdong 2 and I do not wish to stay anywhere else while in Seoul! I was greeted beautiful at the front desk and I was able to stay in the same room with my back to back reservations! Location is amazing and housekeeping is always on top of things. This is truly my home away from home. Thank you again and can't wait to come back in June!"
