Chalet was exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Host was immediately available to resolve an issue when the area power was shut down and we called her cell phone. Reached out to the property manager who advised that it wasn’t part of the listed amenities (there are signs in the house for hot tub use)…I went back to the listing and it had been updated removing the hot tub language from the listing. We should have been informed that the hot tub was not working so...

"We had such a wonderful stay! The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was clean. We brought our 3 and 5 year old and the property was magical! Sleds were provided where we could play in the backyard and slide down hills! We were able to have snowball fights and build snowmen! The location was perfect because it was about 5 minutes to some restaurants and coffee shops!"

"We had a 3 night stay and it was such an easy check in process! Cabin was clean, had everything you’d need for the kitchen, and even toys around for my daughter to play with. Also, had really good communication with them. They even went out of their way to send a wedding binder back to us that we left behind. Super grateful. We really had a great experience and will definitely be back! "

"Stayed here for a group ski trip. We had 9 adults, and there were plenty of beds & space for everyone. Excellent location, the Northstar shuttle made it really easy to get to the mountain and back.
