"This location is great for the ease of parking, access to the sites and views of the city. The hospitality is a model of what we should expect everywhere we go and a guide for others to follow. "Excellent customer service. Extra blankets brought on the same day that requested them. Bottles of water were restocked, as were toilet rolls and toiletries. We were also offered clean towels, despite having a washer and dryer in the room. I lost my phone on the 2nd day of my stay so didn't have access to my email to retrieve the door codes, however Customer Service were very quick to help me get back in ! Great location, 5 minutes from Hollywood Boulevard and metro line for getting around without a car. We took the metro to and from LAX, Santa Monica and Universal Studios. Would highly recommend!!"

"Not sure why Expedia js forcing me to rate this hotel as a beachfront when it's nowhere near a beach. Nonetheless, this was a added on 1 night booking so see my other note detailed review."
