"From the bullet train gate at Niigata Station to the front desk took no longer than a three and a half minute walk through the station complex. Lots and lots of shops and places to eat on the way. All hotel staff very efficient and polite. Room not huge as expected but very good spec. Room wasn't facing the station plaza/ bus terminus so very peaceful. Best of all, the hotel restaurant. "Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Omicho markets which are abuzz with people. The hotel is no more than a 1000 yen fare from Kanazawa train station. The hotel isn’t far from Kenrokuen Gardens which is a must see. It’s a pleasant walk, if you like walking through the Kanazawa Castle grounds to the gardens."
