"The room is big enough for a person with a large suitcase. The location is pretty good. It's part of an arcade with numerous restaurants and stores and within decent walking distance of a subway station. The onsen is great with a cold pool in addition to the hot one as well as a relaxation room and some cold foods to enjoy afterwards. The biggest minus is the breakfast buffet can get very crowded despite the large size of the room, but they don't really have control over that. The staff members...

"Loved this spot mainly because of the great customer service. I wanted to visit this port town and it wasn’t too far from the JR Abashiri station. The staff was really friendly and helped us get a taxi going back to the station and also helped me find where to get a souvenir doll from the town. The room was nice.
