" Toilet is spacious. Room is clean. - Laundry was always occupied. People left clothes in washer/dryer and I went to the laundry multiple times and found it was not available. There is no way to know when it is available remotely."

"Very convenient to the train station. Onsen and amenities were nice. Staff were not really able to help with securing a booking for dinner. The bed was not big enough for 2 people especially as one side was pushed hard against the wall. Unable to get up during the night without climbing over the other person in the bed. Floor space not big enough to open one bag let alone 2. Very clean and quiet hotel."

"We had a family of 6 staying in 2 separate rooms for this trip. The Hotel was easy to find and met all our requirements. We made some requests to have 2 rooms close together and they were very helpful with that. They were also very helpful in helping us make airport transfer arrangements. Overall, the service is what stands out, even amongst the lofty service standards in Japan. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Kanazawa."

"The Lotte Arai Resort exceeded all of our expectations on our recent 2 day getaway to the mountains. We only learned about this resort because it was affiliated with the Ikon pass, but we will certainly return for our next snow adventure in Japan. "The breakfast spread was by far the best I’ve had, it was not only very affordable (¥2400 if you make a reservation one day prior) and the food spread was also very varied.
