"Spent a winter wonderland of a week at Mont Cervin and can't recommend it highly enough. 15min walk from town but you never have to do the uphill yourself because the wonderful owners will shuttle you to and from the ski fields. At night they'll shuttle you up to the main strip for dinner and it's an easy walk back! I recommend adding on the brekky option, saves a lot of hassle and is delicious every morning. "There were just a few English speaking employees, Iwata was one of them and then the facility was a little dated but they tried hard to keep it up to par; our first room was clean except that the bathroom had a rotten wooden panel that I discovered was the cause of the smell, so after spending time with 3 people for a few hours I had the room changed to a newly refurbished and clean one...maybe because of the whole situation I got some allergies going, not pleasant.
