"The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful in every aspect. The rooms are huge as are the bathrooms. They are really dark when the blinds are drawn and super quiet. "The rooms need remodelling and cleaning thoroughly. The curtains and furniture is very dated. The shower doesn't drain and is disgusting. The air conditioning is not powerful at all, i asked to borrow a fan from the female receptionists and was told no. The tour guide then asked the male night receptionist and suddenly one was available! After a 10 days in other accommodation, including an overnight train and a boat, this was the worst!"
