It was very crowded & noisy due to an event just in front of the hotel. This hotel is in a very good attraction area. The street is always full in the evenings. I had a room on the 28th floor. I was sleeping in a high level. I was still hearing the noise from the street.

We were given a carry comfortable private ride to the airport and then assisted to the gate by Phoung, who was very friendly and helpful. This was the best airport experience of the trip.

The hotel and the location is great. We had breakfast one day , even for a breakfast it was considered bad for us so we chose not to eat at property any more. We had drinks and wine by the pool and the bars and that was good. We had a room on high floor with beautiful view of the river and city that was great. The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to all must see in Saigon. Staff were great and helpful. We have lost a luggage in airport. Asked the concierge to help us. And that was not pleasant. I had an argument with them for wasting a full day of mine and they claimed it was a misunderstanding. I still have all the messages. So they told me they help me and will call the airport for extra charge. I accepted and asked them to do it for me kindly and all day I haven’t heard from them. At night walking to the concierge they had no idea they had to call the airport or the convo I had with their co worker and they never called or tried to contact me for taking care of this matter or apologize. I find that very unprofessional.
