"This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. "Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Very prompt service for requests for towels, etc. The staff man this hotel and Ailen Garden 1 a couple doors down. When there wasn't a staff member in AG 2, there was always one outside of AG 1 to come right over and help. It had all basic amenities (AC, wifi, hair dryer, etc), plus a fridge that worked well, and a safe (it's small, but it's secured to the closet floor, so someone couldn't just grab it and go). "This hotel should be re-named to guesthouse or motel. It seems to be a very family owned type of business and everyone is so unprofessional. They are friendly, but just not professional. First of all they could not find my booking through their system, and did not speak a word of English.
