"We spent a week in this lovely place. The rooms were a little small, however very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and Moroccan style. The reception offers a nice resting place. Highlights from our stay: very friendly and helpful reception; very nice riads (two); great Moroccan breakfast (included in room fare) served on the terrace and changing every morning; a one minute walk to Jemaa El Fna market; small grocery stand a half minute away. Do not get let down by the small street to access...

"The rooms were huge, although looked quite worn but we got used to it, it also didn't have many basic amenities making things tricky, but the staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't self service though and took a while to arrive, and when it did , it was underwhelming , we ended up eating out anyway. "

"Some reviews are very negative but I don’t understand how. The staff is SOOOO friendly. They let me check in 4 hours early with no charge, they did my laundry for me, even though it’s not a typical service, I stayed in two different rooms (I had two separate reservations) and both of them were very clean and cute. They even put flowers all over your room! Security was great and they got to know my face. But at first asked to see my room card when entering the property, which is how it should be....

"Happy for the price. Pool was closed despite 31 degrees but it was November. The hotel is in line with the standard to expect and if you are a first timer you may feel it is lacking in ways. Go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were great and helpful. It was quire at night and taxi to the main square is 5 euros. I would recommend this hotel on price and location. Parking is easy although I don’t advise renting a car as driving in Marrakech is...

"Really nice staff and convenient location in the middle of the Medina. One small complaint - I have a very strict “ no shoes rule “ in my room or wherever I stay and upon showing us our space the host just walked around the room and even into our shower with their shoes on. Little odd but not enough to be an issue. They had an AC unit in room which is always a plus! "
