"The good: pristine facilities, practically spotless. Great support staff, breakfast was amazing. Rooms very clean. Good music throughout the day. Pool is very relaxing on a sunny day. The bad: if you have a room facing the pool area the music is played fairly loud until 11pm, it can be tough to get to bed if you have an early day. "Good overall but would not say it is a 5 star hotel, more like 4 star hotel. Location is excellent and walkable to the city centre. Hotel staff were polite. Pictures make it look bigger than what it was. Quite disappointed with the pool, very small and shady. Not a big selection at breakfast, and advertised there is a tea/coffee maker in all rooms but there was no option to have tea. There is no iron in the room.
