"The property is huge but very clean. Wonderful breakfast, lots of options. However when we asked for more tea bags and milk for our room we were told it is chargeable, despite there being a kettle in the room. The three nights we were there, they never filled the showrer gel bottle. All the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. "I arrived late at night around 1am. After a long travel , my first interaction at the es saadi hotel was with the guy at the lobby. I entered smiling and he had absolutely 0 bit of positive energy. He was not smiling and was giving me attitude a soon as i enteree. I even said hello and he did not answer me. Just looking at me waiting for me to talk.
