"Excellent customer service. We requested a shuttle to pick us up and return to the airport, and they immediately helped us. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and quiet. "Review tips This is one of the of the best experiences that we had. Fernanda is one of the sweetest girl that l have met, attended, welcoming and Antonio as well they made use feel like if we where their family . The hotel was super clean, the food was delicious including the breakfast had a buffet and variety of food to order. They have a 24 hours cafe central with a variety of drinks, food, beer and wine. All staff are friendly. I will definitely come back again and I will recommend."

"We had an amazing time in Mexico City and at this hotel. It was very central and walking distance to many places. The staff was friendly and every accommodating. But, because this is all in the center of the city, it will not be peaceful at night, loud crowds, music and cleaning crews will be in full effect during the night. "I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."
