"The location is absolutely fantastic. In the heart of the historic center within a short walking distance to Zocalo and Avenida Francisco I. Madero.The area is very safe with 24/7 police presence. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived in the very early morning and there were able to make an early check in for me. I would like to thank the following staff members: Rebeca, Lizbeth, Diego and Dagoberto for their kind hospitality and assistance. "

"Have not stayed here for 15 years. It does not look that good from the outside but is very nice inside. The rooms have been nicely remodeled. Decent bathroom, decent wifi. One mattress was too hard, the other just right.the bedding was nice and in good condition. It has a strong box/mini safe which was easy to use. My room was windowless and very quiet There are lots of dining choices to suit most tastes and budgets. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying again. "

"The area around the Hotel can be a bit seedy and very loud during the day. It is not too convenient to many CDMX attractions but is 4 blocks from the Zocalo and 2 blocks from the ruins of temple mayor. There no "upscale" restaurants near the hotel. The facility itself was very clean but bareboned, no phone in the room, no shower mat. I would return iff my regular hotel was unavailable. Staff was competent but not friendly."
