"I would like to give a 5 star review but they didn't give us our room that we reserved due to another guest before us smoked in the room. It's definitely not there fault but i felt like they could have given us a better compensation aside from a late checkout, like a voucher or something. But overall they were really amazing. "

"Comfortable stay near shinkensai and a subway line so easy to get around the city. A lot of amenities (free drinks, happy hour) and even cultural events going on in the lobby that changes every day. I had an issue with my room and the staff was quick to find a solution. Overall a nice stay! "

"If you don’t mind taking the train a lot then it’s not a bad location but it’s right next to the line so it’s hard to sleep early or sleep in. You can hear it from your room. "

"Location is right in the heart of Dotonbori and is a lot of fun. Hotel is super clean and run very well. Capsule sleeping area is quiet and people were respectful of the quiet areas. My only complaint is the temp in the capsule itself was a little warm. There is a fan inside each capsule but it was still a bit stuffy. But all in ask would totally stay there again. Completely worth the price paid"
