"Place is nice! Nothing fancy. We were visiting our son and grandson and just need a place to sleep. This place served that purpose. It could use some updating but for the reason we were there it worked well. The host was very nice and responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place without any bells and whistles, then this place will be a great choice! There is a pool for use, but we ended up not using. "There seems to be 3 rooms being rented and I think rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom. Room 3 had its own bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice tile floor and shower but paint was sloppy. Picture sent to us is very different than the actual look of the place in landscaping, color and roof line so we weren't sure we had the right place until the code worked on the door. Self check in. You may or may not see a manager."

"The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable."

"The place was just as the pictures showed. No deceptions here! Perfect room for the 4 adults that stayed. It was very clean, bright and quiet place. Loved the area. Lauderdale-by-the-sea has a very quaint and laid back atmosphere. Terrific restaurants and shops just steps away. And the best thing a straight walk across the road from the room to the beach. We will definitely come back."

"Arrived to property and were greeted by property owners to give us a tour of property and guest house. Everything was like advertised in ad. Very clean had everything you need or could think of. They had snacks, cheese and wine coffee tea. They live on property at the other end. They give you your space but are there if you need them. Stayed at a lot of places and the kindness of Robert and Lisa are like no others.Was like staying in a park of your own. This is the best of the best. We will be...
