"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."

"Our stay was amazing. Great accommodation right in the heart of Little Italy. So exciting to walk out the front door and the culture greet you. So easy to get to the subway but exploring the area by foot was the best. So much access to great food and experiences. We loved it. "

"This was a fun place to stay in Brooklyn. The apartment felt clean and modern. I loved the owner’s selection of books about art, decor and other topics. There was lots of fun stuff to browse. I also loved the live plants. Such a nice touch in a busy city. The property manager was responsive, and accommodating. The two beds were comfortable and there were thoughtful touches like earplugs and blackout curtains, which were both appreciated. I knew it was Brooklyn, and the neighborhood was about...

"Nice, clean apartment very good location steps from the beach and within walking distance to good food and shops. The residents in the apartment above us were quite noisy into after midnight and they had a dog that barked and cried when they left it alone. Overall though this place is a good place to stay."

"Listing should note stairs. Lots of stairs. Entry of property would feel nicer if porch was clean and newspapers were not strewn about and mail boxes not spilling over and out of their boxes on the ground. This gives the effect it is a vacant building. Key situation was fine. Although, not being given the WI-FI was a bummer the first night and day. The apartment inside was everything mentioned in listing. Comfortable and clean. The heater works great. Overall, 5 stars for inside. "

"This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return."
