We loved the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the bar and the dining area at the hotel. On the second floor was a sitting area that made it nice to hang out with our friends. Would love to stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff. You are not paying for Hyatt so for the money it is good value. The elevators are a pain...heavily used by the staff, skipping floors etc - expect a 5 minute wait at certain times of the day.
